We strictly process voice recordings transiently and locally. Your raw audio recordings are not stored permanently on our servers unless you explicitly choose to participate in our ML Voice Donation program.

당사는 유저의 음성 녹음을 일시적 및 로컬로만 처리합니다. 귀하가 '목소리 기부(ML Voice Donation)' 프로그램에 명시적으로 기여하기로 선택하지 않는 한, 원본 음성 데이터는 당사 서버에 영구적으로 저장되지 않습니다.

1. Scope of Privacy / 수집하는 개인정보

When you use Seoulvivor, we may collect and process the following information:

  • Authentication Data: Usernames and emails gathered via Apple Sign-In (or temporary burner IDs for anonymous users).
  • Biometric Voice Data: Transient voice recordings used solely to transcribe your speech (Speech-to-Text) and evaluate Korean fluency.
  • Subscription/Transaction Data: Entitlement status synced from RevenueCat (payment information is processed exclusively by Apple).

귀하가 서울바이벌을 이용할 때 당사는 다음 정보를 수집 및 처리할 수 있습니다:

  • 인증 데이터: Apple 로그인을 통해 수집된 이름 및 이메일(익명 유저의 경우 임시 식별용 ID).
  • 음성 바이오 데이터: 음성 인식(STT) 및 한국어 유창성 평가를 위해서만 임시적으로 구동되는 녹음 데이터.
  • 구독/결제 상태: RevenueCat을 통해 동기화된 구독 활성화 데이터(카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 Apple이 독점 처리).

2. Dynamic Voice Processing & Transient Storage / 음성 처리 및 임시 스토리지 운영

TRANSIENT TRANSCRIPTION PIPELINE: When you press the microphone button to speak, the App records audio to the device's local temporary directory. The audio is sent to our secure Firebase Cloud Functions to perform transcription. The temporary audio path is deleted automatically from the server immediately after transcription is completed.

LOCAL VIDEO COMPOSITION: The viral CCTV gameplay video compilation (integrating gameplay cards and your voice clip) is processed entirely inside your device's local memory. The final composition is stored in your local sandboxed temporary folder and is never transmitted to our servers.

임시 음성 인식 파이프라인: 유저가 마이크 버튼을 눌러 발화할 때, 앱은 기기 내의 로컬 임시 폴더에 음성을 녹음합니다. 해당 음성은 텍스트 변환(STT)을 위해 보안 처리가 완료된 Firebase Functions로 임시 송신되며, 인식 완료 즉시 서버 버킷에서 자동 영구 삭제됩니다.

로컬 비디오 합성: 게임플레이 이미지와 본인의 실제 발음 음성을 합성하는 바이럴 영상 빌드 엔진은 **100% 사용자의 기기 로컬 메모리 내부**에서만 구동됩니다. 합성된 결과 비디오 파일은 로컬 샌드박스 내부 임시 폴더에 저장되며, 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. Voluntary Voice Donation Program / 자발적 목소리 기부 데이터 처리

If you choose to opt-in to our "Voice Donation" program to support machine learning research, we store your recorded audio. To protect your identity:

  • The audio file is stored under an anonymized random UUID (e.g., `ml_voice_donation/UUID_master.m4a`).
  • The filename contains no personal identifier or Auth UID.
  • The files are placed in a secure **Write-Only Vault** via Firebase Storage rules, preventing anyone (including your own client) from downloading or altering them.

머신러닝 연구 지원을 위해 사용자가 '목소리 기부'를 자발적으로 수락(Opt-In)한 경우, 당사는 녹음된 음성 파일을 영구 저장할 수 있습니다. 이때 개인정보를 완벽히 보호하기 위해 다음 조치를 취합니다:

  • 모든 파일은 익명화된 무작위 UUID명으로 저장됩니다(예: `ml_voice_donation/UUID_master.m4a`).
  • 파일명에는 유저의 본명이나 계정 고유식별자(Auth UID)가 포함되지 않습니다.
  • 파이어베이스 보안 규칙을 통해 파일 저장소를 **쓰기 전용(Write-Only)**으로 차단하여, 유저 본인 또는 제3자가 업로드된 목소리 데이터를 무단 다운로드하거나 변조하는 것을 완전히 격리 차단합니다.

4. User Rights & Data Erasure (EULA Compliance) / 유저 권리 및 영구 탈퇴 처리

Under GDPR and Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), you have the absolute right to delete all your personal data. You can exercise this right at any time by navigating to "Settings" -> "Permanently Delete Account" inside the App.

OUR DATA DELETION GUARANTEE: Initiating deletion immediately deletes your Auth identity, logs you out of RevenueCat, and triggers an automated secure Firebase Function to purge all Firestore user records and matching receipts subcollections recursively in safe batch chunks.

유럽연합 GDPR 및 Apple 앱스토어 심사 가이드라인 5.1.1(v) 조항에 의거하여, 귀하는 본인의 개인정보에 대한 전적인 삭제를 요구할 권리가 있습니다. 앱 내 설정(Settings) -> "Permanently Delete Account" 버튼을 클릭하여 언제든지 즉시 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

데이터 영구 소멸 보장: 탈퇴 버튼 클릭 시 즉시 인증 계정이 만료되며, RevenueCat 연동이 끊김과 동시에 파이어베이스 클라우드 함수가 가동되어 유저 문서 및 산하의 모든 성적표(Receipts) 서브컬렉션을 트랜잭션 배치 단위로 안전하고 즉각적으로 **완전 파쇄**합니다.

5. Third-Party Services / 제3자 위탁 서비스 안내

We leverage industry-standard third-party services to host and secure our application:

  • Google Cloud & Firebase: For user authentication, transactional database storage, transient STT processing, and hosting.
  • RevenueCat: For tracking App Store subscription status and validation.

당사는 서비스 안정성 및 보안을 유지하기 위해 업계 표준의 글로벌 클라우드 서비스를 활용하여 개인정보를 위탁 처리합니다:
