Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using Seoulvivor, you agree to be bound by these terms, including the AI Performance Disclaimer, Immediate Account Termination rights, and Limitation of Liability.

본 약관을 주의 깊게 읽어주십시오. 서울바이벌(Seoulvivor)을 이용함으로써 귀하는 AI 성능 면책 조항, 즉각적인 계정 회수 권한 및 책임 제한을 포함한 본 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)에 무조건 동의하게 됩니다.

1. Acceptance of Terms / 약관의 동의

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Seoulvivor ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Seoulvivor mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, immediately uninstall the App and cease all interactions.

본 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약("약관")은 귀하와 서울바이벌 개발자("개발자") 간의 합법적 계약입니다. 서울바이벌 모바일 애플리케이션("앱")을 다운로드, 설치 또는 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관을 준수하고 이에 구속되는 것에 동의합니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 즉시 앱을 삭제하고 모든 이용을 중단해야 합니다.

2. AI Performance & Accuracy Disclaimer / 인공지능 성능 및 정확도 면책

NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY: Seoulvivor utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini) to simulate conversations and evaluate Korean pronunciation/grammar. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

AI responses and evaluations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations (linguistic errors).
Evaluations are for educational/gamified practice purposes only and do not guarantee native correctness.
The developer shall have ZERO liability for any real-world consequences, disputes, or negative outcomes resulting from your reliance on the App's linguistic feedback (e.g., miscommunication with government officials, service workers, or immigration officers).

정확도 면책 조항: 서울바이벌은 대화를 시뮬레이션하고 한국어 발음/문법을 평가하기 위해 고급 인공지능 모델(Google Gemini 포함)을 활용합니다. 귀하는 다음 사항을 명시적으로 인정하고 동의합니다:

AI 응답 및 평가는 오류, 부정확성 또는 환각(언어적 오류)을 포함할 수 있습니다.
모든 평가는 교육적/게임화된 연습 목적으로만 제공되며 원어민 수준의 완벽한 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
사용자가 앱의 언어적 피드백을 신뢰하여 발생한 실제 세계의 결과, 분쟁 또는 불이익(예: 공무원, 서비스업 종사자, 입국 심사관과의 의사소통 오해)에 대해 개발자는 **어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다(책임 전면 면제)**.

3. Subscription, Purchases & Billing / 구독 및 결제 정책

All in-app purchases, including premium subscriptions ("Premium Access"), are processed exclusively via Apple App Store in-app purchase systems. All transactions, billing, and refunds are managed solely by Apple. We do not process or store payment credentials, nor do we have the authority to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for billing disputes or refund requests.

프리미엄 구독("Premium Access")을 포함한 모든 인앱 결제는 Apple App Store의 인앱 결제 시스템을 통해 독점적으로 처리됩니다. 모든 결제, 대금 청구 및 환불은 전적으로 Apple에 의해 관리됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 결제 수단 정보를 처리하거나 저장하지 않으며, 직접 환불을 승인할 권한이 없습니다. 결제 문제 및 환불 요청은 Apple 고객 지원팀에 문의해야 합니다.

4. Account Suspension & Service Termination / 계정 정지 및 서비스 해지

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access to the App (including anonymous burner accounts and Apple-linked accounts) at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to attempts to bypass paywalls, database tampering, DDoS attacks, or game economy manipulation.

개발자는 페이롤 우회 시도, 데이터베이스 무단 변경, DDoS 공격, 혹은 게임 내 경제 시스템 조작 등 부정 행위가 의심되거나 기타 필요하다고 인정되는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 사용자의 앱 접속 권한(익명 계정 및 Apple 연동 계정 포함)을 일시 중단, 비활성화 또는 영구 종료할 수 있는 독점적 권리를 보유합니다.

5. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 제한

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE DEVELOPER'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR PREMIUM ACCESS IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 개발자는 귀하의 앱 이용으로 인해 발생하는 직접적, 간접적, 부수적, 특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 어떠한 경우에도 앱 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 개발자의 최대 총 배상 책임은 **'귀하가 최근 12개월 동안 결제한 프리미엄 구독 실 결제 금액'** 또는 **'미화 50달러 ($50.00)'** 중 더 적은 금액으로 제한됩니다.

6. Intellectual Property / 지적 재산권

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, prompt engineering, system instructions, quest scenarios, design assets, and UI components, are owned exclusively by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

소프트웨어 코드, 프롬프트 엔지니어링, 시스템 지침(System Instructions), 퀘스트 시나리오, 디자인 자산 및 UI 컴포넌트를 포함한 앱 내의 모든 지적 재산권은 개발자가 독점 소유합니다. 귀하에게는 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로만 앱을 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고, 비독점적이며, 양도 불가능하고, 취소 가능한 라이선스가 제공됩니다.
